Mimka Beauty Policy

Arrival Times - On your first visit please arrive 15 mins earlier than your scheduled appointment to fill in a consultation form. If you are running late, we will try to accommodate you as best as possible however we may not be able to perform the full service and you will be charged the full fee.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for 24 hours notice.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost and if a gift voucher is being used, the full treatment value will be redeemed from the gift voucher. In the case of prepaid treatments, the treatment will be forfeited.

If less than three hours is given to cancel or reschedule an appointment the full amount will be charged.

If you do not attend the appointment, the full treatment amount will be charged or gift voucher void or in the case of prepaid treatments, the treatment will be forfeited.
